  Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns and Exchanges: Electronic products only, contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase and send/bring the product back to our store, if recognized as non-human damage, will be covered by the Returns and Exchanges policy, other products are not covered by this protection.
  • For online purchases, you can contact our customer service and send/bring back to our store within 7 days of purchase to return/exchange new defective or unopened and unused items.
  • Due to the nature of the products, there is no refund or exchange for purchases made at our stores. After the customer has paid for the product, the customer may request to open the product for inspection to test whether the product is functioning properly, and if there is any problem, the customer may immediately request for replacement or cancel the purchase.
