- Returns and Exchanges: Electronic products only, contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase and send/bring the product back to our store, if recognized as non-human damage, will be covered by the Returns and Exchanges policy, other products are not covered by this protection.

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, and all items sent from 18 Gifts will go through our 4-Level Discreet Packaging, to ensure that the goods are kept private and secure during the delivery process. We will ensure that no one other than you knows what is inside the package during the delivery process to protect your privacy.
1st Level: Opaque brown paper bag We wrap each item in an opaque brown paper bag to ensure privacy, so you don't have to worry if the recipient opens the second cardboard box on the spot.
If the customer chooses to settle payment at MTR stations or shop at outlets, opaque brown paper bags will be used.
2nd level: Brown cardboard box Items are usually packaged in a plain brown cardboard box with no graphics on the outside of the bag. This means that there is no sign of what is inside the package. Even items as small as a box of condoms are packaged in the same discreet cardboard box.
3rd Level: SF Express plastic bags We use SF courier bags to further securely package items selected for courier delivery. SF Express bags are designed with one-time sealing, once the bag is sealed, other people can't open the bag to peek inside
